IAM provides three types of training–practical courses, seminars, and workshops. Each are built and/or customized to meet each client’s needs–whether that be for a standardized course or customized targeted training that addresses a unique set of needs.
All IAM training incorporates proven instructional strategies by walking students through established learning phases.

All out of the box and customized training includes the support of a unique Training and Development Team that develops curriculum and provides instruction to meet the single-scope perspective of clients, while still ensuring the integration of international and U.S. training standards, which:
- Allows for the seamless integration of a client’s existing programs, directives, policies, guidelines, practices, and procedures into any IAM training product.
- Ensures that students smoothly transition from the learning environment into their operational workspace able to immediately apply what was learned.
- Translates into an increase in the transportability and the credibility of any delivered training course, seminar, or workshop.
MENTORING
We help build, maintain, and expand a community among our participants and collaborating partners.
A mentor is someone who teaches or gives help and advice to a less experienced and/or person in a career change. At IAM, a mentor also influences the personal and professional growth of a mentee.
This means, you will not be abandoned or forgotten once you complete your course or project with IAM. Our team will remain open and available to provide recommendations, guidance, direction, input, and help. We'll also check up on your progress so the only time you hear from IAM personnel will not be a sales call or an effort to find new consulting or training opportunities.
