  • What are your business hours?

    Our main office hours are Monday to Friday 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. (Appointment Required) to discuss how we can help you meet your objectives. Training days/hours will vary based on your requirements. 

  • How are courses conducted?

    Courses are developed to be delivered in person, remotely, online, and hybrid (in-person & remote). 

  • Where are courses conducted?

    IAM mobile training teams will deliver training domestically and internationally at contracting entity locations, as well as other centrally located hubs.  

  • Are online, remote, and hybrid courses synchronous or asynchronous?

    Remote & hybrid courses are synchronous since they are interacting with fellow course mates and employees. Only the online courses are asynchronous. We can broaden the program and give employees the opportunity to complete the training with minimum work flow and schedules interruptions should the client request.

  • How long do students have to complete online asynchronous courses?

    Students have up to 10 weeks to complete the course. 

  • How long does it take to develop a customized course?

    Once initial information is collected and the outline is approved by the client, IAM takes approx one to two weeks to finalize curriculum for customized courses. 

  • What costs are associated with changes to customized courses or services?

    None. IAM is dedicated to producing the best and most professional work. As such, we work with our clients to ensure the end product is what they need. 

  • Do you offer consulting services?

    IAM provides consulting services as part of our professional portfolio so clients can leverage the expertise and specialized knowledge of our associates and contributors to meet client goals.  

  • What payment method is accepted?

    IAM accepts checks. We can also provide UEI and/or CAGE numbers to federal and DoD clients to process payment on request or via invoice.
